Sustainable Workplace: make your company culture come to life

Transparency is important and for sure an expectation in the current candidate driven market. Our candidates and ecosystem want data, reviews, honest feedback, a real glimpse into what could be their next career move.

P&C, as I often say, is not the best team when it comes to marketing and explaining what they are doing for the employees. Anyhow, internal and external communication are to be taken seriously and seen as an opportunity to reach people on a more human level.

Video content is the most consumed content online and for that reason I wanted to share with you some of my own findings when it comes to bringing that company culture to life in  video format!

Takeaways from my experience:

  • Partner with marketing and create a local team to support the project

  • If the budget enabled you, partner with an external agency with experience in the sector

  • Do a lot of research and capture it in a sharing doc

  • Draft questions and structure of the video

  • Organise calls to get everyone on board, offer one-to-one to coach employee

  • Stick to the plan and count on delays and possible roadblocks

  • Say thank you

  • Create a campaign to share
